Do you have a showroom in Kerala?
Laura Luxe currently operates online only. We do not have a physical showroom or offer customer visits to our office. Contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email to discuss your jewellery.
How do I order lab-grown diamond jewellery online?
Share your preferred design, budget, metal and diamond specifications with us on WhatsApp. Ask for a written quote and confirm the specifications, applicable policies and delivery details before placing your order.
What does a 1-carat lab-grown diamond ring cost?
There is no single price for every 1-carat ring. The diamond specifications, gold purity and weight, setting, making charges and taxes all affect the total. Tell us whether you mean a 1-carat centre stone or 1 carat of diamonds in total so we can quote the right design.
Can I order from Kochi, Thrissur, Kottayam or elsewhere in Kerala?
We welcome online enquiries from across Kerala, including Kochi, Thrissur, Kottayam, Kozhikode and Thiruvananthapuram. Share your PIN code before ordering so we can confirm courier serviceability, any delivery charges and the expected timeline.
How long does shipping take?
Our shipping policy provides for dispatch within 28 days of order or payment, or the date agreed at order confirmation. Dispatch is different from delivery: courier transit time also applies. Confirm the expected arrival date with us if you are buying for an engagement, wedding or gift.
What certification and gold details should I check?
Before ordering, ask us to confirm the grading report applicable to your chosen diamond and the gold purity and hallmark details for your jewellery. Check these alongside the stone specifications and your written quote.
What are the return and exchange terms?
